Both the software provider and server locations are based within the EU, ensuring that your data is protected in accordance with European data protection standards.

We act as the data controller for your personal data, while the software provider operates as a data processor, governed by a data processing agreement (DPA) in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. In addition, technical and organisational measures such as role-based access controls, data encryption, tenant separation, logging and regular security updates ensure that your data is protected, traceable and processed securely at all times.
