Our status updates allow you to keep track of your booked journey. You can see whether the chauffeur has set off, is waiting at the pick-up point, the passenger has got in, or the journey has ended.

If you wish, you can receive automatic notifications by email or text message. This ensures that clients, assistants, the travel management team or event organisers remain informed at all times, without having to make enquiries themselves.

Enquire online and book with ease

Via our online system (registration required) allows you to request your limousine service conveniently and arrange your journey online – at any time, securely and from anywhere. Your enquiry will then be reviewed by our office and coordinated personally.

Please note: German Limousines is not a taxi or ride-hailing service. To ensure reliable planning, we require a certain amount of notice, depending on the journey and availability. Flight tracking for airport transfers

For airport transfers, we monitor the current flight status. This allows us to take delays or early arrivals into account when planning our operations.

Your chauffeur will be ready at the agreed time, and the transfer will remain reliably organised even if there are changes to the flight schedule. This reduces unnecessary waiting times and makes coordination easier for both travellers and clients.

Digital Dispatch and Direct Driver Communication

Our dispatch team uses state-of-the-art software specifically tailored to chauffeur services. Chauffeurs are connected digitally and receive relevant journey information, changes or additional requests directly on their smartphone or tablet.

This allows new pick-up times, changes to destinations or special instructions to be communicated quickly and clearly. This ensures clear procedures, improved responsiveness and a high level of reliability throughout the journey.

GPS-assisted coordination

Our vehicles can be dispatched using GPS. This enables our office to coordinate journeys more effectively, estimate arrival times and respond more quickly to any changes or delays.

Personal customer area

Once you have logged in, you will have access to your personal customer area. There, you can manage your journeys and view important information at any time.

Among other things, you can request or book journeys, check existing bookings, download invoices, update customer details and manage status notifications.
This allows you to keep track of your chauffeur services with ease – particularly for recurring journeys, business trips, events or when travelling with several people.
